Jill Zarin Is Selling Her NYC Apartment for $3M ... and Moving Somewhere Warmer

The Real Housewives of New York City alum is ready to say goodbye to the home she and Bobby shared.

Jill Zarin has listed the Upper East Side apartment she shared with her late husband Bobby for almost $3.3 million, and she doesn't know what's going to happen next.

“I don't spend much time in New York City these days," The Real Housewives of New York City alum told Forbes. "It's time for a change of scenery. Once I sell [the apartment], it will be fun exploring new places to live. Since I love tennis, I want to spend more time in a climate that is suited for it.”

The publication reported that her three-bedroom, four-bathroom abode was gut renovated less than a year ago, a process that included the installation of smart home technology, and is being offered a price that's below the neighborhood average, according to Zarin's real estate agent Jessica Cohen. “Out of 11 actively listed condo homes that are 3 bedrooms, up and down First Avenue (from East 50th-70th Streets) and within one Avenue East or West (from Second to York Avenues) — we find the average square footage to be 1,929," Cohen explained. "Those are asking an average of $1,865 per square foot. For Jill’s newly renovated condo, we are asking a modest $1,685 per square foot!”

Beautiful and a relative bargain? Let's take a peek inside the condo that Jill has lived in for 17 years.

Living Room

A dramatic black wall is the perfect place for a great flat-screen TV that is inconspicuous when not in use.

Dining Nook

Dining with a quintessential NYC view. There's space for a much larger table if your entertaining needs demand more room to eat.

Kitchen

According to Forbes, Jill's kitchen includes custom cabinets and quartz countertop by Compac Surfaces, a Miele dishwaster, Bosch induction stove and not one, but two different fridges — one's just for wine.

Bathroom

A smart toilet and fog-proof mirrors make the bathroom one of the most tech-savvy spots in the house.

Master Bedroom

Blackout shades and a Sonos sound system make the master a perfect place to chill. You can even rearrange so that you're waking up to that view.
